I'm Raine / Cecilia, I've been drawing since 2013, and I'm a freshman animation and film student !I tend to dabble most in both 2D and 3D digital arts, but my horizons are always expanding thanks to my classes. You can find out what tools I use most and what my interests are below !

Interests!

Q: What programs/tools do you use?
A: For 2D art I use an XPPen Innovator 16 and Clip Studio Paint (Version 3.0.4). For 3D art I use Blender.Q: Can I reference your art/OCs?
A: I really don't mind people using my art to learn off of! If you trace/heavily reference my work, please just use it as an opportunity to learn and do not repost it online </3Please don't copy my OCs though, I use them frequently in my art projects at school! ~ Payment / Refunds ~

Putting this at the top because it's incredibly important.- I prefer full payment up-front, but I will accept half up-front and half at the end. But do know if you opt for half-half, you will only be receiving a heavily watermarked finished product until the full payment is received.- If you're unsatisfied with the product, ask me for changes first. I really don't want to spend hours of my free time between classes working on a piece, being told at each step of the process it looks great, and then being asked for a refund once it's finished. It wastes my time and it provides a product you're not happy with :(

~ Commissions / Trades ~

- I reserve the right to decline a commission or trade. If I do, its not personal. It's usually because I don't feel I can draw the character or content you're asking of me! I would hate to take up a bunch of someone's time, or take their money to deliver a product neither side will be satisfied with!- I retain partial rights to owed/commissioned art completed by me! I can and might use finished art as examples for my commissions page unless you tell me otherwise ahead of time.- I may take artistic liberties when drawing a character! You can always tell me to stick strictly to the reference sheet though.- I require digital, unshaded reference sheets to work from. For best results, I work only off of digital reference sheets. Bonus points if your character has accessories, outfits, props, information sheet, etc. A digital fullbody is the minimum to be counted! Basically as long as I can colorpick it easily haha.- You’re free to ask for updates at any time and I’ll provide them!- Depending on your position on the waitlist, and my schedule/motivation, turnaround time can be anywhere from a few days to 3-4 weeks. Don’t hesitate to inquire about an estimated turnaround time!- When using my artwork, please properly credit me! I can't stop you from reuploading my work (commissioners/art trades only!), but I ask you provide credit! This also includes for icons/banners/reference sheets if you opt to use them outside of toyhouse.- Do not use my art in AI generators or to coin NFTs. You do not have my permission or consent to utilize my art in this fashion, whether it was a commissioned piece or not.

~ Designs ~

(This part will be super short because I'm just not strict abt my designs)- Do not resell a design for money if you received them through an art or character trade UNLESS you have added art that increases their worth. I include personal art as adding to a character’s worth. Art received in trades can count towards worth, as long as the other artist is fine with it! Free art from raffles or gifts, do NOT count to increasing worth.This also means don't resell a design for money if you got them from me via raffle, request, giveaway, etc. when you haven't added any art to them. Re-trading or accepting art in exchange for the design is fine.- Do not delete my designs from toyhouse or resell them to someone who does not have a toyhouse. If you or someone you're selling/trading with is in need of a toyhouse code, I have plenty I can share for free.

Blacklist

I don't like keeping a blacklist but apparently its become necessary. Report links are only so I can keep track of individuals who change their username. I do not condone harassment or any other unsavory behavior towards anyone on the list.
