~ Payment / Refunds ~
- I prefer full payment up-front, but I will accept half up-front and half at the end. But do know if you opt for half-half, you will only be receiving a heavily watermarked finished product until the full payment is received.- If you're unsatisfied with the product, ask me for changes before requesting a refund. I really don't want to spend hours of my free time between classes working on a piece, being told at each step of the process it looks great, and then being asked for a refund once it's finished. It wastes my time and it results in a product you're not happy with.
~ Commissions / Trades ~
- I reserve the right to decline a commission or trade. If I do, its not personal. It's usually because I don't feel I can draw the character or content you're asking of me! I would hate to take up a bunch of someone's time, or take their money to deliver a product neither side will be satisfied with!- I retain partial rights to owed/commissioned art completed by me! I can and might use finished art as examples for my commissions page unless you tell me otherwise ahead of time.- I require digital, unshaded reference sheets to work from. For best results, I work only off of digital reference sheets. Bonus points if your character has accessories, outfits, props, information sheet, etc. A digital fullbody is the minimum to be counted! Basically as long as I can colorpick it easily haha.- You’re free to ask for updates at any time and I’ll provide them!- Depending on your position on the waitlist, and my schedule/motivation, turnaround time can be anywhere from a few days to 3-4 weeks. Don’t hesitate to inquire about an estimated turnaround time or request a reasonable deadline!- When using my artwork, please properly credit me! I can't stop you from reuploading my work but I ask you provide credit, including using work as icons and banners.- Do not use my art in AI generators or to coin NFTs. You do not have my permission to utilize my art in this fashion, regardless of it was a commissioned piece or not.
~ Designs ~
- Please do not delete my designs from Toyhouse or resell them to someone who does not have a Toyhouse. If you or someone you're selling/trading with is in need of a Toyhouse code, I have plenty I can share for free. This rule only exists for the sole purpose of keeping track of designs, specifically to prevent theft and heavy referencing.
